Thanks to a partnership between Boston Cancer Support and Lyft, there is help bringing reliable transportation across Massachusetts. For New Lyft Users to arrange for transportation to and from treatments via Lyft, fill out the form below. Your unique user profile will have the credits waiting for you. Download the Lyft app by clicking here. NEW LYFT USERS will receive a code good for 5 rides, up to $10 each. When that credit is used, contact BCS and the social worker at your hospital.
Using your smart phone, with just one tap, you will be matched with a friendly background-checked driver. Their photo will be sent to you so you know exactly who you will be riding with.

If you need to download the Lyft app or update to the latest version, visit the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). If you’re new to Lyft, you will need to add your personal credit card to the app.
In the Payment section of the Lyft app menu, please enter the private code you were given BEFORE you request your ride.
(see image below). Your credit covers five rides, up to $10 per ride. Again, enter code BEFORE your ride!
After the ride is complete, you will see the amount of credit that is used. If the cost of the ride exceeds the credit amount, it will charge your default credit card. Any optional tip will be charged to your credit card. (see images below). It is critical that your code is entered BEFORE you ride.
