We provide free transportation to medical treatments and support groups; help patients, families and healthcare professionals learn about local, state and national resources; and host Cancer Collaborative workshops.
Our donors enable Boston Cancer Support to reach into communities, and out to cancer patients and their loved ones, by supplying them with resources that will empower them throughout their journey. Upon diagnosis, throughout treatment and beyond, when emotional support is especially critical, Boston Cancer Support helps patients harness critical information and save time.
The CancerCollaborative™ workshops bring together healthcare professionals, and organizations that support patients and families, to solve their individual community’s needs. The workshop series is designed for patient navigators, nurses, social workers, community health workers, and organizations that support cancer patients and their families. There are three speakers and two break-out sessions, which provide networking opportunities and resource tools to maintain partnerships. Continuing education credits are provided.
The Treatment Transport™ program helps supply transportation to patients undergoing treatment in the state of Massachusetts, providing greater access to medical treatments and support groups. Please click DONATE NOW to use a credit card.
